Snow can be seen as a negative thing by some people, if you have to travel or even leave the house. But, to others, snow means that you can go snowboarding, skiing or snowmobiling and have fun! Snowmobiles are super fun, but like any vehicle there are risks involved. According to the National Center for Biotechnology Information, snowmobiles can weigh in excess of 600 pounds and travel at speeds exceeding 90 miles per hour. Each year snowmobile accidents produce approximately 200 deaths and 14,000 injuries, says the NCBI. Some ways to make sure you are being safe when riding your snowmobile are:
